Faculty Fellows | Institute for Convergent Science

The Institute for Convergent Science is bringing together a group of faculty fellows who will serve as vital resources to our faculty teams. These faculty fellows will be dual experts: researcher-entrepreneurs who will support and help expand the capacities of convergent teams working in the Set (Develop) lane of the institute’s innovation framework. Our faculty fellows will guide and mentor teams working on AGILE (Advance Great Inventions or Leave Early) projects as they speed the development of their technologies and inventions, grow their teams, and pursue funding opportunities for their projects.

ICS faculty fellows will:

Include faculty from UNC-Chapel Hill and visiting faculty
Support faculty-led teams developing technologies or products
Provide mentorship to Innovation Postdocs
Build a community of entrepreneurs on campus
